At Vape Fans, we want you to shop with confidence. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below to ensure a smooth process.


7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We accept non-defective returns within 7 days of receiving your order. But due to hygiene and safety reasons, returns must be meet the following requirements.

  • Items must include original packaging.
  • Items must be in new, unopened, unaltered, and unused condition.
  • Returns must include all accessories ( When returning products delivered with accessories/gifts, you must return both products and accessories/gifts. If you only return the products, the refund amount will be the amount paid minus the MSRP of the accessories/gifts. )

For non-quality related returns, buyer is responsible for shipping costs for both delivery and return shipments. We will deduct the shipping cost from the refund amount.


Limited Product Warranty

We stand behind our products by offering a limited product warranty of up to 6 months. Within the warranty period, any eligible defective products will be replaced or refunded.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the applicable warranty period. Provide your order details and a clear description of the issue.
  2. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return label via email. You can print it and stick it on your returned package.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit. You can write the RMA number on the package so that we can quickly match your return.
  4. Ship the product back to us using the provided return label.
  5. Once we receive the returned product, our team will assess its condition and process the return or warranty claim accordingly.

NOTE: Return without an RMA will not be processed, and items will be discarded.


How Long Does It Take to Get a Refund?

Refunds will be issued after the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends).


What If I’ve Received an Incorrect Item?

If you received a wrong product, please contact us with:

  • A photo of the incorrect item.
  • A picture of your receipt showing the order details.

We will resolve the issue within 24 hours.
